Introduction

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons acting under legal guardianship or restriction must not use rb444.
• Personal Use Only: All rb444 accounts must be used by the registered account holder personally. You may not permit any third party to use your account, credentials, or funds on your behalf.
• No Excluded Persons: Any individual who has self-excluded or been excluded by rb444 may not register a new account or access the platform during the exclusion period.

2Account Registration

To access the full features of rb444, you must register a personal account using accurate and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one rb444 account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or at different times is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and correct personal details at registration. These are used for KYC verification and payment processing.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. rb444 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: rb444 may require identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID). Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your registered mobile number or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

rb444 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladeshi mobile wallet services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rb444 does not accept deposits from credit cards, debit cards issued outside Bangladesh, or cryptocurrency.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The mobile wallet used for deposit must match the wallet registered to your rb444 account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. rb444 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods or technical maintenance.
• Identity Matching: Withdrawals can only be processed to a mobile wallet registered in the same name as the rb444 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Inactive Account Balance: If an account has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months with a positive balance, rb444 may apply a monthly administrative fee. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

4Bonuses & Promotions

rb444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is communicated at the time of the offer.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: The rb444 welcome bonus is available once per player. Players who close and re-register accounts or operate multiple accounts are not eligible for additional welcome bonuses.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or activated within the specified period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse: Players found abusing the bonus system — including depositing solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play — will have their bonus voided and may face account suspension.
• Right to Amend Promotions: rb444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time and without prior notice.

5Gameplay Rules

All games on rb444 are provided by licensed third-party studios and are subject to those studios' individual game rules in addition to these Terms. By playing any game on rb444, you accept the applicable game rules as published within the game interface.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game has defined stake limits displayed within the game interface. These may vary by game and player tier.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction during a game session, rb444 will investigate. Bets placed during an affected period may be voided and stakes returned. rb444's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection During Play: rb444 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection, device failure, or network interruption during an active game session. Players accept this risk when playing on a mobile network.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result was incorrect, you must notify rb444 support within 48 hours of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this window may not be investigated.

6Responsible Gaming

rb444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time, without needing to contact support. All rb444 players must be aged 21 or above. This requirement is enforced at registration and is a non-negotiable condition of platform use.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased within the same calendar period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them after a set period of continuous play, helping them stay aware of time spent on the platform.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rb444. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening, using, or benefiting from more than one rb444 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempt to deposit using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
• Collusion: Players must not collude with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on rb444.

• Money Laundering: rb444 has a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering. Any account suspected of laundering funds will be frozen immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities without notice.

8Account Suspension & Termination

rb444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where possible, rb444 will provide notice of account action, but is not obligated to do so in cases involving suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity.

• Grounds for Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider.
• Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any confirmed balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable period. Balances on accounts closed for Terms breaches may be forfeited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rb444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other financial loss. rb444's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendments to These Terms

rb444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rb444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of rb444 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
